What are the five levels of tech support?

Level 0: Self-service.

Level 1: Basic help desk.

Level 2: Technical support.

Level 3: Expert support.

Level 4: External support.

Tech support level of service.

Level 1 & 2: Similar to Geek Squad single item issue

Level 3 & 4: Similar to Totaltech which supports a wide variety of tech issues durng a single call.

What are the costs?

Single service issues are charged at $125 per hour plus travel over 20 miles.

Some light service calls depending upon the amount of time involved will be charged a minimum $100 minimum with local travel.
